1. Pre-Sales Service
We can provide customized samples free of charge if requested. The freight is paid by the customer first, and it will be subtracted from the order later.
2. During-Sales Service
We will recommend some forwarding agents and shipping companies that are capable of the transportation of hazardous liquid materials to realize safe and professional transportation service. Based on the ordered quantity, the lead time varies from 3 to 7 days.
3. After-Sales Service
The storage period changes with product model, and it is usually within 6-12 months. The customers are suggested to use our adhesives and printing inks following relevant product descriptions and cautions. If any problem occurs and it is proven to be resulted from inferior product quality, we will provide free products of the same quantity in the next order.
4. Special Service
Depending on every order, our professional technical support team offers some personalized service items such as technical exchange, problem solving, training on usage and more to satisfy every customer. Moreover, OEM service is available, and ODM is also negotiable.
